TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Oklahoma law dictates that a notary public may not charge more than $5.00 per signature for standard notary signings. 

However, if a mobile notary in Oklahoma goes to someone's house, over to a bank, etc., then the mobile notary in Oklahoma may charge whatever price he or she desires for the Travel Fee which is separate from the notarization.

I am taking safety precautions to keep everyone safe by using necessary PPE and social distancing during notary appointments and request that our clients follow accordingly by wearing a face-mask and adhering to social distancing. 

To help expedite the Notarization process, I ask that you DO NOT fill out and DO NOT sign your document(s) ahead of time and have your current form of ID ready. The ID CANNOT be expired.

While I make every attempt to fulfill same day; last minute; and emergency/rush requests, in order to better serve you, I ask for at least a 24 to 48 hours' notice when scheduling appointments. 

Advanced payment of Travel Fee is mandatory and non-refundable for all same day; last minute; and emergency/rush appointments. These appointments may also result in slightly higher fees.

I take extreme measures to safeguard and protect your personal information and documentation. I will only provide it to third parties: (1) with your consent; (2) where it is necessary to carry out your instructions; (3) as reasonably necessary in order to provide our services and functionality to you; or (4) when it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process. 

When you use this notary service, you are entering into a legal agreement and will be bound to all of the above terms and conditions.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, biometrics, such as thumbprints, are the "measurable biological (anatomical or physiological) or behavioral characteristics used for the identification of an individual."

As a biometric identifier, a signer's thumbprint affixed in a journal of notarial acts offers irrefutable identification of the signer and helps Notaries prevent impersonation and/or forgery. It is for this reason that the practice is still heralded in some areas, particularly for transactions involving real estate and powers of attorney documents.

[Prior to the signer’s thumb print, Each ID presented to a Notary must include photograph, signature, physical description, document serial number.

Government Issued ID; United States Passport Book or Card; and Military ID are acceptable forms of ID.]

In additionto the above, the right thumb print is added to the Notary’s Official Journal of Notarial Acts.
